  1. Introduction of Board members
  2. Minutes of General Meeting
  3. Treasurers report: Jackie handing off to Kristen Smith not yet accomplished. The HOA has approximately $4800.00 in the bank. New signature cards to be handled with possibly more than one person able to sign.
  4. Old Business
  5. MHNA Website: Rob Neidlinger updated the NHA on the new website. Marie Sligh did a wonderful job getting this website up and running. Rob has been selling adds to sponsor the webpage and affray its costs. The NHA discussed possibly purchasing a sign which would be in accordance with town sign ordinance that would alert residents of new website. We discussed possible e mail alerts. Rob Neidlinger is managing editor.
  6. Community directory: Karen was unable to attend meeting.
  7. Halloween Parade: Rob to be in charge.
  8. Covenents: These are located on the new website. Keith walker and Bo Stephens will follow up to determine whether our covenants have expired and will give report at next meeting.
  9. Neighborhood watch: Kim Cort reported that Lt. David Hill is in charge of developing neighborhood watch programs in Peachtree City. Lt. Hill would like for us as a neighborhood to set up a meeting with residents. He would like to have 50% participation. Kim Cort has started a list of block captains. The MHNA decided to put this off a month.
  10. Front Entrance Committee: Mike Dixon will head up the front entrance. He will get design cost for front entrance to Morallion Hills. Sharon Walker and Sharon Cummings will help Mike with this project.
  11. Governance and Compliance: Discussion of need for liability insurance to cover the MHNA Board. Jim Cummings will help with this matter.
  12. Jim Cummings was unanimously elected to represent MHNA in the PTCCA. Dues are $1.00 per home in the subdivision. Kim Cort made motion to accept the dues and there was a second. This unanimously passed.
  13. It was agreed to meet the first Tuesday of the month.
